Did you sign for the item before inspecting the parcel? If so don't worry, it help's speed up a claim when the parcel is signed for as either damaged or refused.

We do our best to describe all items as accurately as possible so that you know what expect when you make a purchase. I have bought and received an item that I no longer want, can I return it?

Yes you may return it for a refund, as long as the item is returned in exactly the same condition that it left us in and within the time stated in our returns policy. The refund for the order will then be minus the outgoing postage costs, return costs are also your responsibility. If the item was sold with 'free post' and is being returned in error, then the outgoing postage cost will be deducted from the refund

What payment methods do you accept

If you are within the UK we accept PayPal, Postal orders/cheques and cash on collection. Never send cash in the post. If your outside of the UK then we only accept PayPal. If paying by cheques/Postal order please make the payment payable to 'Green Resource Recycling (GRR) Ltd' this must be written in full otherwise we cannot cash the payment, then please send it to 'GRR LTD, 273-275 Sheepcot Lane, Garston, Watford, WD25 7DL' along with a note that states your user name and the eBay item ID/number

Is collection in person available on any of your listings

Yes sure, we only accept cash if your are collecting an item, we do not accept PayPal or any other form of payment on collections. There is also a one off £2 collection administration fee applicable for collections (unless the item is sold on a 'collection only' basis)

I sent a postal order/cheque but have not received any confirmation that you have received it

When you send us a payment throught the post you must include your 'eBay user ID' and the 'Item Number' for the Item. If you fail to do this then we cannot process the cheque and send you your item.

If this is the case then not to worry, all you need to do is click below and send us an eBay message with the necessary information and we can get your order sorted. I have paid via PayPal, however instead of the 'paid' logo showing up on eBay it has an 'hourglass' symbol, why is this?

This means that PayPal is still processing your payment and it has not yet gone through. Usually when this happens it is because PayPal is trying to process the payment as an e-cheque which can take up to 14 days to clear, instead of paying instantly like normal.

If this should happen please contact us and we will reject the e-cheque/payment, allowing you to resend the payment and it should go through instantly

I have bought an item in error. I havent paid yet, can I cancel the sale?

When you commit to buy an item, eBay takes a percentage of the sale price from our account funds. If you then decide that you no longer want the item then the sale must be cancelled and a mutual no-sale agreement process must be completed for us to recover our funds. This will incur a staff administration fee of £2 per collected item but no eBay strike will be issued

Can you offer a discount on shipping if I buy more than 1 item?

We are happy to combine shipping where possible on multiple orders.

To do so we must be informed before your send the payment, once payment has been made the invoice becomes irreversible.

Once you have contacted us we will combine your purchases and send you a new invoice with the new totals. Once payment has been completed we will post the items out to you within 2 working days.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

As long as you contact us either before you pay for the item or we post it.

If the item has already been dispatched then the delivery address cannot be amended. You need to get in touch straight away so that we can get the item to the proper place

What is the latest I can order something for same day dispatch?

Cleared payment must be received before 2pm weekdays (with the exception of bank holidays) to ensure same day dispatch.

When our items get posted we mark them as dispatched the same day so your sure to get and e-mail notification keeping you updated with your order

I haven't received my order yet where is it?

If the items estimated delivery dates have been surpassed then please contact us and we can chase up the order.

If you order was sent with one of our tracked postage services then you need to copy the tracking number provided when we shipped your item, go to the couriers website and track the item from there.

During peak periods there may be a delay with delivery when the couriers are exceptionally busy (IE Christmas, Bank Holidays). Extreme weather will also delay delivery times.

The item has not been delivered but the tracking information states that the courier has tried twice and had no answer, but has left no calling card. How do I know they are not lying?

We only use large national couriers, they have only become so big by giving a professional service and to get into a dispute about who is lying is usually pointless.

The best thing to do is to contact the local depot as soon as possible and collect the item, this must be done promptly or the courier will ship it back to us at extra cost.

When can I expect my order to arrive

We will send you an item shipped notification via email on the day the item is handed to the courier.

If this is a Monday your item will arrive on Tuesday. If you receive the notification on Friday then the item will not arrive until Monday as the couriers do not operate during weekends.
